-Sales responsibility and expansion sales of TSUN products in the assigned regions' markets in DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and Turkey, as well as in the German Speaking region and Turkey.
-Systematic and independent acquisition of new customes (cold acquisition and networking…) as well as the associated consulting and support; preparation of offers, contract negotiations and conclusion; responsible for customer support during the sales process; reliable and timely processing of customer inquiries in coordination with the responsible internal parties/ or sales specifications.
-Establishment and maintenance of long-term partnerships; support of existing customers (distributors and EPCs and investors) Gathering of market and customer information; Observing market trends and competitive activities; Close cooperation and exchange with global TSUN team and product management and marketing .
-Assist the marketing department in developing marketing strategy plans and provide support for relevant marketing documents.
-Develop specific customer strategies and campaign plans.
-Assist with business department to ensure a smooth, customer-oriented sales process, feeding customer orders into CRM-system.
-Efficiently and proactively manages relationships by providing quotations, guiding orders through the company process, and delivering excellent post-sales service in a timely manner.
-Assist with service department for after-sales services in the assigned region
