On August 27th, local time, the "2024 Intersolar South America" exhibition was grandly held at the North Convention Center in São Paulo, Brazil. TSUN made a scheduled appearance with a full range of solar and storage solutions (Booth No: W1.41). As one of the largest, oldest, and most influential photovoltaic and energy storage industry exhibitions globally, the event attracted numerous industry elites from around the world, becoming the focus of the industry. TSUN captured significant attention with its high-power microinverter TITAN PLUS 6KW(TSOL-MP6000), the hybrid microinverter 2KW ( TSOL-MH2000), and the latest RS485 communication technology integrated into its full-scenario solar and storage solutions. From the safe and efficient product lineup to the flexible and quick smart digital platform, TSUN's professional strength in the photovoltaic field was on full display.
TSUN has been deeply cultivating the photovoltaic and energy storage market in South America for many years, committed to providing microinverters and photovoltaic systems, as well as balcony smart energy system platforms. Currently, its product lines have achieved nearly complete certification coverage in South American countries and have been sold and installed in end-user households. The safety, efficiency, and timely after-sales service of its products have earned widespread acclaim from distributors and installers across South America.
At this exhibition, TSUN made a stunning debut in Brazil with the launch of its latest high-power microinverter, the TITAN PLUS 6KW (TSOL-MP6000). In the South American market, the advantages of this high-power microinverter are highly significant:
● High Power: It can meet the demands of large-scale photovoltaic power generation, supporting more solar panels and increasing the total power
output of the system, providing sufficient electricity for large commercial projects, industrial facilities, or public buildings.
● Efficiency: With a high conversion efficiency, it increases power generation, making the most of the abundant solar
resources in South America and thereby boosting users' returns.
● Flexibility: With a larger input current, it perfectly matches large-size modules such as 182 and 210, while being downward compatible
with various sizes and power ranges of modules. This provides users with greater flexibility in module selection and reduces issues with
inverter compatibility due to module upgrades.
● Adaptability: The inverter is designed with six MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) channels, making it suitable for complex
installation environments such as roofs with different orientations and angles or partially shaded areas.
Even under less ideal lighting conditions or complex panel layouts, it can effectively enhance overall power generation efficiency.
● Reliability: The body is fully encapsulated, ensuring heat dissipation performance, and it is rated IP67 for waterproof and dustproof protection.
This is crucial for regions in South America with variable climates, including humid and dusty environments, ensuring stable operation,
reducing failure rates, and extending the lifespan of the inverter, which in turn reduces maintenance costs. Additionally, the product comes with a
built-in WiFi communication module and a module-level monitoring system, making monitoring more convenient and significantly lowering O&M costs.
● Safety: The involved DC voltage generally does not exceed 80V, fundamentally reducing the risk of DC arc faults and electric shock, meeting the
stringent electrical safety requirements of South America, ensuring the safety of users' lives and property, and minimizing the occurrence of safety incidents.
It's worth mentioning that the upgraded TITAN series will feature the RS485 multi-point communication system. RS485 allows multiple devices to be connected on the same bus, facilitating either master-slave or multi-master communication modes, thereby conveniently building distributed systems.
● Efficiency: It has a strong long-distance transmission capability, with a transmission distance of over 1200 meters under ideal conditions. As such, RS485
is suitable for scenarios requiring long-distance communication, such as large factories or campuses, effectively reducing system costs and complexity.
● Stability: RS485 is highly resistant to interference and can operate stably in complex electromagnetic environments. For example,
in industrial settings with substantial electromagnetic interference, RS485 can still reliably transmit data, ensuring the normal operation of the system.
● Flexibility: Its transmission rate can be selected within a certain range, with different transmission rates meeting the needs of various application scenarios.
TSUN offers a comprehensive product line in the South American market and has established Brazilian warehousing and a localized after-sales service system, aiming to provide customers with a superior product experience. Leveraging its advantages in the high-power microinverter field, TSUN has introduced more and more green, clean energy into thousands of households in South America.
In the future, TSUN will continue to deepen technological innovation, creating more revolutionary products. With an open and cooperative stance, it will share resources, exchange technologies, and work together to advance the "high-power microinverter" technology, jointly drawing a bright blueprint for the green energy era.
