What is TOR Certification?

The TOR (Technische Überprüfungsordnung) certification is a rigorous technical inspection standard mandated in Austria and recognized across the European Union. It evaluates products for safety, reliability, environmental adaptability, energy efficiency, and long-term durability, ensuring compliance with EU regulations and market requirements 213. Primarily applied to industrial and energy-related equipment (e.g., inverters, electrical components), TOR certification serves as a gateway for manufacturers to access Austrian and broader EU markets.

About TSUN MS2000(800) and MS2000(600)

TSUN MS2000(800) and MS2000(600) have robust performance. They support 4 independent inputs, with an output power of up to 2250W and modular-level

monitoring for easy maintenance. Users can restrict the output power to 800W or 600W in accordance with local regulations.

 

Advanced topology, modular design, and integrated die-casting provide users with cost-effective products. Its high-frequency isolation design enables more safety and reliability, reducing leakage current. The full aluminum die-casting for superior heat dissipation, increasing reliability and efficiency. Fully encapsulated with IP67, ensuring a 25-year design lifespan.

 

It has 3 wiring solutions: Balcony, Daisy Chian and Trunk Cable. This provides more flexibility and compatibility with various application scenarios. The daisy-chain solution supports daisy-chain connections of multiple inverters, each integrated with a 2.52m AC output cable between inverters, with no need for an extra AC cable, making it easy to configure projects ranging from 2000W to 9000W. The Plug & Play design offers higher efficiency and reduces installation time and costs.

 

It supports multiple communication methods (standard RS485 & Wi-Fi, optional 4G) which is suitable for remote areas without Wi-Fi or rooftops with weak Wi-Fi coverage, providing more flexible and convenient monitoring configurations.

 

Maximum DC input of 60V ensures inherent safety, eliminating the need for devices like AFCI, RSD, or DC box, reducing cost and complexity. Maximum DC input current of 18A, compatible with high-power PV modules up to 700W. Ultra-low startup voltage (16V) design enables operation with a single panel, maximizing energy harvest and user benefits.
